Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 11, 2025
The use of Nautall will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions, which you must accept in order to use the application. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using Nautall. If you do not agree, then you should not access the application.
Any new features that are added will also be subject to these terms. We reserve the right to change, modify, or alter these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, but it is recommended to consult these Terms regularly in case you do not receive the notification.
1. Operation
- The application operates through an email account, so we are not responsible for service interruptions by your provider or for network slowness.
- All request modules (Browser, Translator, etc.) only simplify the tedious task of manually using a navigation bot via email. The bot used by Nautall is webpage@fidian.com. To learn all the commands of this bot, you can send it an email and put send help in the subject line.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, and at any time. Note that the bot webpage@fidian.com was limited to only requesting web page content due to user abuse of downloading prohibited content. If you request web pages with dubious content and are notified by the bot's administrator, your account will be immediately blocked in Nautall.

Personal Information
Login. To log in to Nautall, a username and password from the @nauta email provided by ETECSA to mobile phone users in Cuba is required.
Non-Personal Information
Device information. When you send feedback, the Android Version, Brand, Manufacturer, and Model of your device are attached to your feedback.
Log records. Log recording is optional. This can be activated in Settings → Debugging.
2. How We Use Your Information
Personal Information
Login. The username and password used for login are encrypted and stored on your device in the internal data folder of the application. These are used solely and exclusively to authenticate with the server when sending or receiving emails (they are never sent to external servers). The account verification is performed by sending an empty email to yourself.
Non-Personal Information
Device information. The information about your device attached to feedback may be used to correct any errors you report to the developers.
Log records. Log recording, aside from being optional, is only stored on your device in the external data folder of the application. You can use it to copy any errors thrown by the application and send them to the developers.
